We are seeking 15 reliable Last Mile Small Parcel Delivery Drivers to join our Philadelphia (PHL) team this week!
You’ll be responsible for:
* Picking up packages from the fulfillment center in Philadelphia, PA
* Delivering goods and packages to customers’ homes and businesses in and around the greater Philadelphia area
If you’re based in or near Philly, join us!
Driver Responsibilities:
* Pick up delivery routes from the fulfillment center daily (every morning)
* Load and unload your vehicle
* Deliver products to customer locations promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate inventory and provide proof of delivery
Assistant Lead Driver Responsibilities:
* Support daily route assignments and driver communications
* Help resolve real-time delivery challenges in the field
* Monitor proof of delivery processes and maintain delivery records
* Collaborate with warehouse staff for efficient inventory management
* Assist with onboarding and training new drivers
* Foster teamwork and a positive work culture
* Step in to deliver packages as needed
* Champion safety and efficiency
Qualifications:
* Reliable personal vehicle (Car, SUV, Mini-Van, Cargo Van, Straight Truck)
* Clean driving record
* Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or related fields
* Knowledge of commercial driving regulations
* Able to follow written instructions and operate a smartphone/apps comfortably
* Familiarity with route driving and navigation apps
* Physically able to handle workload
* Strong time management and deadline skills
* Consistent availability (our top earners work regular schedules)
Bonus Points For:
* Experience in logistics, dispatch, or team support roles
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities (preferred, not required)
