We are an established pool company experiencing a high volume of work throughout the Greater Philly and Main Line areas. We handle a diverse range of projects—from quick, budget-friendly pool repairs to massive, high-end luxury backyard remodels.
We are looking to partner with skilled, dependable Subcontractors specializing in pool tile, coping, pool remodeling, and structural masonry work for long-term, ongoing project collaboration. If you do clean work, show up on time, and take pride in your trade, we have a steady stream of jobs ready for you.
Core Services Needed
Pool Tile & Coping: Installation and repair of ceramic, porcelain, and glass pool tile.
Pool Remodeling: Complete renovations, surface preparation, and structural updates.
Masonry Work: Stone veneers, brickwork, retaining walls, pool decks, and patio integrations.
Versatile Project Scopes: Ability to execute both high-end custom craftsmanship and quick, cost-effective repairs on budget-conscious jobs.
Strict Contractor Requirements (No Exceptions)
To maintain our reputation for excellence, all partnering subcontractors must meet the following criteria before being awarded projects:
Insurance: Must carry active General Liability insurance (and Workers’ Compensation where applicable). Proof of insurance certificates will be required.
Tools & Equipment: Must possess all your own professional-grade tools, mixers, saws, and safety equipment necessary to complete the job from start to finish.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable truck/commercial vehicle capable of transporting your tools and getting to job sites punctually.
Scalable Labor: Must have your own reliable crew/laborers available to scale up for larger projects as needed.
Professionalism: Clean job site habits, strong communication skills, and respect for homeowners' property are non-negotiable.
