The cable spacers are missing from the box but we don't believe they are necessary. We used this once or twice during an ice storm by just laying the cable on top of a drain and it worked great-it slowly warms. We didn't even use the clips. We had paid $35.99 years ago but it is listed here for $10 since we somehow can't find the spacers.
