This item is essentially the top of a pinball game, deconstructed and separated from its cabinet at some time in the past. It is the 1983 version of Gottlieb's Royal Flush game with lighting applied to the back by a previous owner to re-create the appearance of an active pinball machine with flashing lights as we might have seen it in the arcades of our youth. There is some loss of some of the paint, as noted in several photos. But if this were to be used as wall decoration, those areas do not detract from the overall colorful, blinking effect of the top of a pinball machine. Some additional parts of the machine (red and blue plastic flags) are included. The light string, made probably for an outdoor Christmas season display, has small alternatively flashing or still LED bulbs and can operate for 6 hour cycles.
