These are 4.5 Inch PVC Rollers. I bought these in 1986 new. I don't think Kreitler still makes PVC drums. The Band is pretty new. The rear drum is a little out of round, and can be felt when riding. That may be fixable. The hop is in the diameter NOT the bearings. The bearings still spin as good as they did when i bought them. Pick up only
