Key Responsibilities

• Help business owners succeed. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from entrepreneurs seeking working capital and explain funding options clearly and confidently.
• Problem-solve like a pro. Navigate objections, stalled applications, and common funding roadblocks with patience and efficiency.
• Guide & support. Walk clients through next steps—from uploading bank statements to understanding approval and funding timelines.
• Work cross-functionally. Collaborate with underwriters, funding specialists, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Gather insights. Share customer feedback that helps improve our platform, processes, and product offerings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing role (finance, SaaS, or services preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Comfort using CRM systems and sales tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organized and accountable.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace during standard U.S. business hours.
