Hi, my name is Damien and I am an operations manager for a private security company here in Philly. Currently in South Philly but basically looking to be closer to where my life happens. My work, gym, and social life is in center city so why keep paying for Lyft rides or waiting on Septa? I have had roommates and have been a roommate in the past so I know how to tidy up, do dishes, keep common areas clutter free, and respect privacy and quiet hours. I am single, 53 and come with the prettiest little white cat on earth. My ideal location is anywhere from say E-W from 10th-23rd street and N-S from Spring Garden to Pine St. (Give or take a few blocks in either direction) Budget is pretty flexible based upon amenities, location etc. but ideally I would prefer to keep it under $1000 per month.
