Seeking Small Private Space for Wellness Business + Content Creation
I’m looking for a small, private space that I can transform into a calming wellness and content creation studio. I don’t need anything huge — just enough room to decorate, organize supplies, create a peaceful atmosphere, and film content.
Space needs:
• Private area (preferably not attached to someone’s personal living space)
• Access to a working bathroom
• Reliable electricity
• Safe and clean environment
I’m willing to put in the work! If you have an unused room, studio, office, basement, detached space, or similar area that needs cleaning or organizing, I’m open to an arrangement where I help improve the space in exchange for use.
As my business grows and begins generating consistent income, I’m willing to discuss a reasonable monthly rental fee.
