We are a small business looking for a reliable IT support specialist to help set up and manage our internal systems.
This is a remote position focused on basic system management, monitoring, and helping us move toward a more organized IT setup.
We are currently exploring tools like RMM or similar platforms, and we are looking for someone who understands (or is willing to learn) how to set up and manage these systems.
Responsibilities:
Assist with setup of remote monitoring/management tools (RMM)
Install and manage software on Windows systems
Help monitor system health (performance, updates, connectivity)
Basic troubleshooting (internet, slow systems, updates)
Provide guidance on improving system organization
Requirements:
Basic IT knowledge (Windows systems, software installs, troubleshooting)
Reliable internet and computer
Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearly
Experience with RMM tools is a plus, but not required

Remote work
Flexible hours (10–20 hours/week to start)
Weekly pay (based on experience)
We are starting small (10–25 devices) and plan to expand once systems are properly set up.
