March 1st. $525 plus utilities. Year lease. First and last +deposit. Large room (182 square feet) for rent in a row home in West Philly. Cedar Park area. Big closets with four windows. This is a chill house. No drama. No fuss. There may be dinner parties or get togethers. Perhaps only one large party a year. Everyone cleans up after themselves and respects other roommates things. We have a break down of the house into zones and everyone cleans one, once a month. Maturity is a must. Be able to communicate your needs and wants. Please be able to do conflict resolution and have a degree of empathy. We are weird people. But good people.
