All of the other roommates work in academia or are professionals.
One person per room and no more than two individuals per level (separate floors).
Each floor has a private kitchen for those two individuals [or only one, if/when the opposite side of the floor is empty]. While the top floor offers individual bathrooms, the third floor shares a larger restroom that can accommodate two persons.
