Rent is absolutely ridiculous and getting worse daily, so it makes sense to share a place.
We would be splitting all costs; targeted avg total to be split is $2500-3200/mo ($1300-1600 each) + utils.
If this makes sense to you, let's talk.

I am a working male professional; self employed.
I work mostly from home.
I am quiet, and easy-going.
Non-smoker.
No pets.
Looking at possibilities in the West Chester to Malvern, PA area.

Thoughts are:
- 3+ bedrooms, where we each have one and the additional can be flex/office space.
- Prefer 2 full baths, yet 1.5 can work. I have seen 2.5 baths in some.
- Prefer a nice kitchen - open or eat-in is fine.
- Should have a good, in unit washer and dryer; dishwasher not important.
- Prefer a basement and/or garage for storage.
- Would like to cap max rent + utils at ~$1400-1700/ea).
- Because rent is so unreasonable these days, it's preferred that
-- landlord covers at least landscape maintenance, and preferably water/sewage, trash/recycle.
