Skilled helper seeking a good local/Philadelphia company to work for...
Assist head mechanics and coworkers as needed.
Remove debris/demo and hazardous materials for safer work areas.
Prepare job site with new materials and tools were needed for new construction.
Operate all handheld and power tools with safety and care.
Framing, insulate, sheetrock, spackle, primer, painting.
Install casing, base trim, doors, windows.
Complete kitchens and baths.
Assisted in building decks, roofs, fencing, concrete, some mason work.
Installed tiles, hardwood floors, thresholds.
Erect scaffolds, latter setups.
Ran plumbing pex, PVC, copper, gas, inground lines.
Cleaned gutters, installed siding, painted exteriors.
Ran wiring, but with instructions from head carpenter or electrician. Outlets, switches, garbage disposals, light fixtures, basic hot water heaters (elec/gas), minor HVAC, ceiling fans, and base heaters.

Paint hallways.
Clean yard of hazards and debris.
Replace dishwashers, stoves, microwaves.
Flip apartments as needed.
Clean exterior of buildings and around dumpsters.

Inspect unoccupied apartments/homes for damages.
Replace nonfunctioning appliances.
Check smoke detectors for batteries and power.
Repair any damages caused by tenant or nature.
Painted interior/exterior walls and ceiling as needed.
Remove trash/debris or any hazards that may cause harm to humans, animals, and nature.
Restore hardwood floors, tiles using proper chemicals, and technics.
Repaired damaged walls, doors, windows.
Cleaned hallways, swept, mopped, vacuumed, shampooed carpets.
Landscaped.
Total building and property maintenance.

Clean dishes/utensils/kitchen as needed.
Prepare dining rooms for customer service.
