If you are looking for a few bucks extra per week, I am looking for a reliable person.
I manage a rental property near Penn, and am looking for someone to do the following:
Weekly yard cleanup & put out trash - We need regular weekly help for no more than about 1hour per week. Honestly this takes about 5 minutes two days in a row, but is only worthwhile if you are local. House is located on Baltimore Avenue near 40th. Close to trolly depot.
We need someone reliable who can come by the house the day before trash day pickup (usually Tuesday for Wednesday - but you need to check on this), put out about 8 trash and recycling cans, pick up any and debris from the sidewalk, and come by after trash pickup to put trash cans back at the house.
Spring & summer small amount of grass cutting (small area 15'x15') would be helpful if you have a mower or weed whacker extra $. Winter shoveling snow after storms, and putting salt on sidewalks and steps pay to be discussed.
