I am posting in an attempt to connect with business owners who are looking for an employee to fill a need as a collections coordinator/director.
I have 11 years experience on several levels, all involving the collection of delinquent revenue. I started out as an entry level representative and now I oversee the collection activity of a very large organization. I have experience with both in-house and outside collections and I currently am responsible for both functions.
In 2025, my team collected over $130 million in delinquent revenue. While I am hoping to work with a company with a large collection portfolio, I am open to all opportunities.
Being transparent is beneficial for everyone involved, so I will say that my next position MUST be on a hybrid basis. I was working on a hybrid schedule for 5 years with superior performance reviews, which unfortunately ended. I am not interested in being in the office 5 days per week. I am a father of 3 young kids and I have learned that my work-life balance is far more important than being in an office 5 days for work that can be completed remotely. Ideally I would have 2 days in the office and 3 remote, but am open to a discussion in regards to an additional day in-office.
I would be an asset to any company in need of collections help. I have references as well as letters of recommendation from current/past bosses and management.
I have a Bachelor's in Business Administration.
