I'm a clarinet teacher and I can attest that this wooden clarinet is in very good playing condition since it was just checked and serviced by a technician. It has “Made in Japan” engraved on the upper joint, the engraved words are all clearly visible which shows that this clarinet has not been played much. All pads are in good shape and the key mechanism is very smooth since it was just serviced by a technician. Seasoned grenadilla wood, no crack. It is equivalent to the current model YCL-450 (new at $1,462). Contact by email.
