Here is a PRS Hardshell case from my 2001 Custom 22. I sold it a while back with a different case. Latches and hinges work well without issues. The case just shows a lot of wear and tear from a few years of touring with it. The interior is clean. No key is included.

My old band logo was painted on it. I cleaned it off as best as I could but you can still see it in the light.

I believe it fits other PRS guitar besides the custom models.

Long story short: solid case for a solid price.
