I’m interested to sell or trade this Schecter C/SH-1 electric guitar, and will include a hard case.
This guitar was made in Korea in the early 2000s. I’m the second owner and have had it for about 20 years. Almost exclusively played at my smoke-free home, though I did take it to friends’ on occasion and it saw a couple of gigs. The guitar started life as a B-stock but as far as the original owner and I could tell, it’s just because a little bit of the lettering is off on the headstock. See picture, you’d never notice unless you were told. I went over the guitar and found just one little nick where the lower back meets the side, I tried to photograph it but it’s pretty small and unnoticeable.
You can look up specs online, I will just say that these guitars are highly regarded. There’s push pull coil taps for both pickups, which gives a tremendous amount of variety in the tones you can get, especially if you’re using an amp or pedals that are sensitive to being “pushed” by the guitar. This one’s a tobacco burst finish, which seem to be somewhat rare, with really nice flame.
The case is a tweed hard case I bought when I got the guitar since it didn’t come with one. It has a scuff here or there, that’s what it’s for, but very good shape overall (the inside is pristine).
I’m not super motivated, but I’ve picked up something new and I try to follow a one in, one out policy. For trade, I’d be interested in a smaller tube combo amp, or possibly a powered speaker, with cash or something else as needed on either side to keep it fair. Not looking to take advantage of anyone or be taken advantage of, just going for a “win/win”.
