• Must operate as a painting subcontractor or painting business
• General Liability Insurance required (proof required)
• Truck REQUIRED — no cars, no SUVs
• Own professional tools (brushes, rollers, ladders, drop cloths, etc.)
• Reliable transportation & ability to work independently
• Professional communication & clean workmanship
