We are a real estate development firm seeking licensed Philadelphia plumbers and electricians to partner on our renovation projects. We provide all labor.
We are looking for licensed plumbing professionals to:
- Pull permits for individual addresses
- Provide layout direction + key checkpoints
- Approve work performed by our crew
- Complete final connections & inspections
We only require supervision at key stages, not full-time labor. We are NOT seeking permit use without involvement — you will provide direction and sign-off on compliance.
Ideal for trades who want:

- Fast projects (single family rehabs)

We reimburse permit fees and pay hourly for oversight.
