We are a Philadelphia-based real estate development and property management company looking to add reliable handymen and contractors to our approved vendor list for ongoing work.
This is not a one-off job. We regularly have work for the right people.
Types of work
• General handyman work
• Paint / drywall / patch & prep
• Minor plumbing & electrical
• Doors, trim, fixtures, punch-list items
How it works
1. Complete a short contractor intake form (required before scheduling)
2. We schedule a paid test job (small, clearly scoped)
3. If it goes well, you’re added to our approved vendor list for repeat work
