Looking for a skilled, reliable local handyman for ongoing weekly maintenance, possibly every Monday, at a commercial building in the Manayunk/Philadelphia area.
This is not a one-time job and not a fit for general labor. I am looking for someone experienced who can walk the building, identify issues, and handle a range of small repairs and maintenance items professionally and efficiently.
Plumbing experience is required.
Carpentry experience is strongly preferred.
Electrical knowledge is a plus.
Typical work may include:
Snaking drains
Minor wall repair and paint touch-ups
Securing or repairing items on an outdoor deck
Ladder work
Small carpentry repairs
General maintenance troubleshooting and repairs
Example items can be as simple as reattaching vines on a deck, fixing small building issues, handling minor paint work, or taking care of plumbing-related problems before they become bigger repairs.

Reasonably available on Mondays for routine walk-throughs and repairs
