We are seeking a highly tech-savvy Zoom Operator to run a full-day live Zoom meeting for a professional event. This is a time-critical role requiring someone who can confidently manage Zoom from start to finish without supervision.
Responsibilities
Host and manage Zoom meetings/webinars end-to-end
Manage waiting rooms, participant permissions, and security
Handle screen sharing, video playback, presentations, and recordings
Manage breakout rooms, chat, Q&A, and polling
Troubleshoot audio/video issues live and under pressure
Coordinate with presenters and on-site AV as needed
Maintain a professional presence throughout the event
Required Skills:
Advanced experience with Zoom Meetings & Zoom Webinars
Strong understanding of audio/video troubleshooting
Comfortable with laptops, microphones, cameras, and displays
Fast, calm problem-solver during live sessions
Excellent communication and reliability
Ideal Candidate:
Local to Center City / Market Street, Philadelphia
Available tomorrow from 6:00 AM until approx. 4:00 PM
Experience with corporate or professional Zoom events preferred
