Looking for a reliable, physically fit individual for part-time work at a residential property in Philadelphia (University City area).
Current Hours: Monday-Friday, 12PM-2PM
Pay: $200/week cash, paid every Friday
Responsibilities:
Moving large waste bins from trash room to curbside for pickup and returning them after collection. Light cleaning of common areas, lobbies, and hallways. Occasional additional work as needed.
Requirements:
Must be able to move heavy bins — physical strength required. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Must have own transportation to get to the property. Available Monday through Friday consistently.
Additional opportunities available for the right person including occasional weekend moving and haul away jobs that pay separately per job.
