We are currently looking for a motivated Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader to lead our landscape crew and help maintain the high standards our customers expect.
Position Overview
The Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscape crew while working alongside team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and hands-on landscape experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise landscape crew members on job sites
Perform and oversee landscape tasks including:
Spring and fall cleanups
Mulching and bed maintenance
Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers
Shrub pruning and landscape maintenance
Landscape enhancements and installations
Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
Communicate job progress and any issues with management
Operate and maintain landscape equipment safely
Train and support crew members as needed
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Qualifications
2+ years of landscape experience required
Crew leader or foreman experience preferred
Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
Plant Identification
Ability to operate landscape equipment safely
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
