Job Requirements:
• Experience in all phases of apartment maintenance or relevant experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work INDEPENDENTLY
• MUST LIVE CLOSE TO WORK OR READY TO RELOCATE. Live no further then 20 mins to Doylestown PA.
• Must pass the background check and have a Valid Drivers License along with a Truck or SUV.
• Must be able to work occasional weekends or nights when needed for emergencies.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50-100 lbs. on occasion.
Non Smoker preferably.
Areas of responsibility to include (but not limited to):
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Complete and make-ready of vacant apartments.
• Experience with all aspects of Plumbing Repairs: (Install Water heaters,Garbage disposals,Toilet repairs)
• Drywall Repair, spackle, painting, vinyl flooring, carpentry, tile repair, kitchen cabinets installation, light electrical knowledge.
• Complete grounds work, which may include picking up trash, sweeping curb and dumpster areas.
The perfect candidate should have experience in all areas of Property Maintenance with great communication skills. Self starter that can work independently.
Must be dependable.
