What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in our production process by safely operating equipment used to manufacture and package pool chemicals.
Responsibilities include:
* Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.
* Set up machines and make minor adjustments as needed.
* Package finished products into pails, bags, and other containers.
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
* Keep accurate production records.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
* Assist with other production and warehouse duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person.
* Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
* Commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Physical Requirements
* Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
* Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift.
* Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
* Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
