Hello!
We are one (possibly two) doctoral students with college athlete backgrounds looking for a clean, quiet place to live within about 15–20 minutes of Arcadia University.
A little about us:
We live structured, low-key lifestyles. Most of our time is spent focused on school, training, and staying on top of responsibilities. We’re respectful, easygoing, and take pride in keeping a clean, well-maintained living space. Rent is always paid on time, and we’re the type of tenants who keep things simple and drama-free.
What we’re looking for:
Studio, 1BR, or 2BR / private basement or in-law suite
Safe, quiet area within a short commute to campus
Reasonable rent (happy to work something out that makes sense)
Open to unique spaces with character
We understand that finding the right tenant matters. If you’re a homeowner with extra space and hoping to rent to someone responsible, reliable, and respectful — we’d love to be that fit.
We’re also more than happy to help out where we can — things like shoveling snow, light yard work, or keeping an extra eye on the property — especially if it helps make the arrangement a win-win.
