Looking for either a 1x1 or 2x1 apt or basement apt for rent. No more than $850/month without utilities. One adult tenant and one child tenant. I’m looking to move within the next two months ideally but if not by June 1st 2026, at least one year lease term. Private landlord preferred. I need to see the units in person before considering.
