We’re looking for a fast, sharp, guest‑focused Bartender/Server who thrives in a high‑volume environment and knows how to keep the floor moving.
Position Overview
You’ll be behind the bar and/or on the floor delivering fast, friendly, consistent service. This is a high‑earning role for someone who can handle volume, multitask under pressure, and maintain a positive, professional presence.
Responsibilities
Provide quick, accurate, and friendly service during high‑volume shifts
Make cocktails, pour beer, and run drinks with speed and consistency
Take orders, run food, and manage tables efficiently
Maintain a clean, organized bar and service area
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH teams
Deliver an exceptional guest experience every shift
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Requirements
Open availability — nights, weekends, brunches, and holidays
Experience in a fast‑paced bar or restaurant strongly preferred
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and guest‑focused
Must be 21+
