We are looking for a part-time, on-site Baker at Sweetah's Gluten Free Bake Shop located in Doylestown, PA. The Baker will prepare a variety of gluten-tree baked goods, such as cookies, bread, and other items according to recipes and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include measuring and mixing ingredients, operating and maintaining baking equipment, monitoring baking processes, and decorating finished products. Additionally, the Baker will assist with maintaining a clean and organized work environment and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
Qualifications
• Experience in Bakery operations, Baking techniques, and Food Preparation.
• Knowledge of creating and handling a variety of baked goods, including Cookies and Bread.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately for consistent quality.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Prior experience in a bakery, food service, or culinary setting is highly desirable.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
