One bottle was produced in Cleveland, Ohio 6/1959.
The other was produced in Detroit, Michigan 3/1961.
These bottles have 3/16" holes which were molded on the lower backing for production line purposes. The one bottle produced in 1961 has a very fine crack on it's base as shown. But it does not leak.
The caps are rusted and faded. But they do in fact still hold their original formulated flavored aged 4 years in wood ginger ale inside.
The bottles do have minor scuffs and blemishes on the graphics. But they both still have nice appeal.
Here is a little taste of their history based on what research I have done.
The Vernor family sold their company to an investment group in 1966. It was later owned by American Consumer Products, United Brands and then A&W Beverages.
Asking $60 cash for both bottles.
No shipment deliveries.
