My father was a butcher in the 30's and when WWII started he became a cook in the Army. I have his Fulton Clever approx 2 lbs and another knife that I have no idea what it was used for. Both have wooden handles. When I had my old Farm House I had them displayed on a Butcher Block. Now that I am in a 55+ community I have no where to display them. They are worn from years of use but the blade on the Clever is in good shape.
