I want to start working out again. Its been years. is anyone in the area interested in joining me? I don't really have any equipment right now. 46 year old white male, about 305 lb but I'm tall 6 foot 4. I'm kind of socially awkward but I'm trying to work on that.

I feel like I have to add this because of a couple responses I got. I've lost close to 300 lbs in the last seven or eight years. I'm not perfect but I wouldn't have accomplished that if I wasn't serious about changing my diet, etc. So I'm not interested in some psycho workout plan. I'm just looking for somebody else that might be interested in motivating each other.
