I would like to point out that the opioid community may be characterized by courtesy owing to the gigantic free ride they are getting. Not only does panhandling generally pay for their trips to the local drug dealer, now operating freely and publicly; but that Naloxone stuff is not cheap-- and guess who gets to pay for that essential courtesy?
