The ideal Technical Support Analyst (Level 1) should be highly organized and should be an effective communicator, both with spoken and written word. The L1 Analyst should be able to thrive in a fast paced environment, yet be patient at explaining technical issues to our customer base.
* Ability to focus a customer at the problem at hand and filter relevant details for troubleshooting.
*Deliver impeccable customer service while working with customers to troubleshoot break/fix issues.
*Communicate with customers on the steps to resolve certain cases.
*Meet or exceed case resolution goals based on Foodtec SLA.
*Quickly document and clearly write steps taken to resolve cases.
* Entry Level Position into a Help Desk Environment. Some experience preferred but not required.
*Willingness and ability to learn new hardware and software.
*Understanding of computer networks, computer hardware, and the windows environment. A+ Certification in progress or completed preferred.
