Job Description:
This is a 100% phone support position with a large company in Langhorne, PA. Candidate will be taking troubleshooting calls for printers, networking, and PC issues. The position will involve 4 weeks of training but must have basic fundamentals of IT and troubleshooting when coming through the door

IT education (e.g. College, College equivalency, Technical School, Technical High School)
PC hardware and Break/fix knowledge and experience
Knowledge of Windows OS's and MS applications
MAC experience {a plus; not required}
Understanding of networking concepts {Moderate level of experience preferred}
Moderate printer experience {preferred; not required}
A+ Certification {preferred; not required}
Professional, Patient, Friendly, Observant (Soft skills)
Interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Customer service experience {preferred}
Multitasking abilities; sets and manages priorities
Confident, Ambitious
Passion for technology
Intermediate typing skills
Team player
Excellent Communication skills
