You must be knowledgeable and have experience selling HVAC residential equipment. Keep your promises to your customers. Have the ability to run 400 to 500 pre-qualified leads per year. Convert at least 35% of your leads with a 40% GPM and generate a minimum of 1.2 million dollars in sales annually. Do great paper work and have a consistent sales process.

We are seeking individuals who can work flexible hours, start early and work late to clear the board, be self-motivated, independent, clean and organized, know the selling process and power of consistency, you must be goal oriented and have a drug free lifestyle.
You must be work well with our customers, installer’s, coordinators, colleagues, and managers. Also you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Also you will be required to work well with all our customers, your colleagues, consultants, vendors and managers. You must have above average technical, written and verbal communication skills.
