Hardwood Floor Restoration Refinishing sometimes installation (Phila&suburban)

license info: Farmer's insurance $1M liability including workmaship (pa does not license flooring contractors)

First thing I see when I do a floor is how horrible the last person was, how little poly they used, and what a terrible sanding job they did, because all the pressure is on me to do the wrong thing, in the real world i will be your best value for quality and am considerably less for a better product. In a less than scrupulous setting I will not match or beat anyone's prices because they will not use ceramic abrasives, professional grade poly or enough of it to create the finish you see in the first two images. The bottom feeder will undercut me (only slightly) and leave you in a position, in a very short time, to need to do the floor again. I use ceramics as they do not burn the wood, the best professional grade polyurethane and a LOT of it, enough of it to actually seep in AND cover your floor for a sealed durable finish you will be able to maintain.

The rest of the images are after my first application and as you can see, mine look better than theirs when I am half done as they are cutting every corner and doing as little as possible while using the fewest most inexpensive supplies. NO WAY.

If you want them to look amazing call Tom 215 527 7519. If you have not realized you get what you pay for, feel free to call someone else. Be sure to txt or leave a message, I do not play with a smart phone when working and you do not want to pay for someone to answer the phone and take a message!

NO need a 220/240 line and NO need to remove your moldings!
