Home is an open floorplan, contemporary cape, approximately 3000 square feet,
with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, located on a private cul-de-sac and situated
well back from the road, on an acre, minutes from train stations, highways,
shopping, and dozens of restaurants.
Amenities include:
Berber carpets,
2 story entry hall,
vaulted ceilings with skylight
Central heat and air,
shared kitchen and powder room privileges,
access to laundry, living room and family room.
access to deck, furnished with table and chairs,
gas grill, gas firepit available for use,
Lots of flowering plants, hanging baskets, etc.
Off street parking
Room is approximately 18x17 feet, and has two windows, two large closets with
mirrored sliding doors, and your own private en-suite full bathroom.
Can be rented furnished or unfurnished, according to your preference.
Other long-term occupants in the home include myself and 3 other men, mostly
over 55, and my friendly orange tabby pet cat (He's staying, so don't be allergic).
No other pets permitted.
You'll need to pass a credit and background check.
Minimum credit score of 700 required.
There is a $50 application fee.
$1000 deposit required at lease signing,
first month's rent required upon move-in.
Rent includes water, sewer, gas heat, hot water and electric, kitchen privileges,
laundry access and broadband internet/wi-fi.
Please be serious about managing COVID-19 risks for yourself
and others (my significant other is immunosuppressed), and work regular
daytime hours outside the home.
Don't bother contacting me if you:
don't have good and verifiable income, credit, references, rental history, and manners,
have never rented a place before, are loud, racist, or disrespectful, or
feel a need to push your political views on everyone else, are not in the habit of
paying rent on time, are not in the habit of cleaning up after yourself,
have problems keeping your agreements, have problems demonstrating respect for the
property, privacy or well-being of others.
