Hiya, I've lived in a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment for years with my fiancé at the time but now I'm single and would like to renew a year lease with a roommate to share this amazing space. The room for rent is currently occupied by me but will be spotless for the new roomie. The apartment is located over RiverTwice.
The apartment has a spacious living room and kitchen. The living room has French doors that open over the iconic Singing Fountain. We have a private entrance way and roof patio. There is plenty of space to garden and grill on the roof.
This apartment already feels like a home to me so I'm hoping to find someone who is open to a mostly established space besides the bedroom that would be yours to do with as you see fit. The upstairs where the bedrooms are also has a closet with washer and dryer units. The main bathroom is upstairs with a double vanity sink. Downstairs has the half bathroom.
I have 3 lovely cats that have strong free will so I'm hoping to find a roommate who doesn't mind interacting with them.
The lease is through Passyunk Avenue Revitalization Corporation so you'd need to be screened for an eviction/background report and provide proof of income.
