Am looking to rent out the far bedroom and bath of my house. The house is 4bdr 2.5baths, 1600.sq feet with back and front fenced in areas and front porch. There is storage if you want to use the unfinished basement. The house is partially furnished I just moved in in October. Looking for someone who is a working professional or commutes and doesn’t mind cats. There’s no long application process you just need to not have any alarming prior arrests as I have two small children. (They’re well behaved, independent and primarily keep to themselves). The downstairs is a large open floor plan that you can feel free to add your additions or tastes to as I just have the basics so far.

I keep a very clean house. Laundry is always done, no trash around, dishes washed, floors clean.. smelling nice. So if you know these aren’t your typical habits please take that into consideration.

I cover ALL utilities including WiFi. Rent is $1,150– Must have proof of consistent work history.
