Quick overview: Renting out the master bedroom in a shared house. (4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, one kitchen - 2 would be showy) First floor is fully furnished, complete with large flat screen TV and mega couch.
About the space
The house itself is about 2300 sq. You’d be renting the master bedroom which 15.5’ x 14.5, and gives a nice view of the street, while metal-paned windows to keep the noise low (this is the only room that needs to be furnished). Shares a bathroom with one other person.
First floor is fully furnished. Good sized kitchen with modern appliances, a lil breakfast nook and a dining room. HOWEVER, the crown jewel, my pride and joy, is the living room. I set this bad boy up to the most comfortable space that ever existed. 75” tv with a 13 foot L-shaped megacouch. Perfect for Sunday Football.
There’s also a 20’x16’ backyard. And an unfinished basement for storage with washer and dryer. Also currently has a home gym (but to be honest not sure if I’ll move that or not)
About the neighborhood
Bella Vista is by far my favorite neighborhood. It’s nice and neighborhood-y while still feeling like the city.
2 blocks from the italian market, a couple dive bars within a few blocks, the best pizza, pasta, and mexican places in the city are all within a 5 minute walk. And more coffee shops that seems economically viable. Also ¼ block away from the city’s most renowned water ice.
About the roomies (2.5 of us)
We’re all mid 30’s and pretty easygoing.
Murray - is a restaurant manager, so generally works late. You’ll mostly be passing ships in the night.
Robert - Quiet and a bit aloof. Sort of the housecat you never had.
Myself, Jake (the half-roomate) - I moved to Wilmington but am generally back at the house a couple nights per week - I have taken over what was previously the small guest room for those nights I’m in town.
