Out of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to work or city meetings in a reasonable amount of time. Gorgeous backyard and BBQ area and hefty grill we like to use often. We currently have 5 people here now, including myself.
Cats may be ok, small dogs also but we'd have to have a meet and greet with roommates first.
