ROI NATIONAL is now hiring an Investment Real Estate Sales Associate that has a passion for Sales, Real Estate, Investment Real Estate, and Customer Service!!!

You DO NOT have to have your real estate license to apply, but having one is a big plus! This position is for an individual who is in charge of hunting for new properties to buy. We are looking for applicants that enjoy sales and the "thrill of the close" and have a "never met a stranger" kind of mentality!!


Work Related Qualifications/Requirements:

~ Must have a "Hunter" mentality and not afraid of rejection

~ 5+ years of B2C sales experience is required

~ 3+ years of phone sales is required

~ Must have expert listening skills (much of our sales process has to do with listening, not speaking)

~ Can easily demonstrate problem-solving and critical thinking skills

~ Able to create relationships with clients along with an experience that leaves an outstanding impression

~ Able to create instant credibility with potential clients by utilizing knowledge and showcasing our proven process

~ Must enjoy reaching out to new people on a constant basis, in person and on the phone

~ Must be an extremely quick communicator via phone, email and texts

~ Must have strong computer skills and be able to stay organized online!

~ Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a time-critical environment

~ High level of motivation and persistence

~ Ability to work independently and as a team in high-pressure environment

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

~ Your #1 responsibility will be completing in-home seller appointments and closing deals!

~ Driving for dollars (when you're in the field meeting with sellers you'll take note of obviously distressed homes to buy and locate the seller to make an offer)

~ Utilizing all sources to reach more home sellers that need a cash offer for their home!

~ Networking with Realtors that have a current or upcoming seller that would benefit from a cash offer

~ Networking with other Wholesalers to help them sell their deals if they need help
~ Running values on properties and understanding what is needed to turn an eye sore into a beautiful remodel
~ Developing your social media online presence to attract realtors and sellers

~ Pipeline Management is HUGE! You must be organized and able to stay on top of all call backs, new clients, etc.

~ Must be able to build rapport quickly and over the phone

~ Updating your CRM so all teammates are constantly on the same page!

~ Most of all, working until goals are hit! We are extremely motivated and we are not looking for individuals that aren't willing to go the extra mile when needed.

Compensation:
Commission on properties purchased and sold. Average first year compensation $100,000-$150,000+ depending on success.

Hours fluctuate depending on the marketing campaign, but total around 50-55 hours a week.
