Position Summary OCF Realty is looking for a Property Management Coordinator to join our growing team. This position will report to our Lead Property Manager. The primary role will be to serve as a liaison between our tenants and our maintenance team with respect to repair requests, inspection notices, and general communication. We are looking for someone who is a customer service rockstar and has excellent communication skills. If you have a great attitude and a genuine interest in real estate and property management, you may be an excellent fit. $40-50k starting salary. + Field maintenance calls for maintenance/management staff
+ Communicate daily to tenants with maintenance and repair updates
+ Provide notices to tenants regarding various visits and inspections
+ Enter maintenance requests received via phone/email into Appfolio for proper tracking
+ Return voicemails from tenants throughout the day
+ Communicate with frustrated tenants, helping them to troubleshoot when needed
+ Collect and upload Move-In Checklists from tenants to Appfolio
+ Create maintenance requests based on move in checklist
+ Keep track of keys given out to contractors for various repairs
+ Send out move out instructions email to tenants at lease expiration
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
+ Exceptional customer service skill and professional phone manner
+ Must be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible and service-oriented
+ Must be able to manage multiple tasks at once while remaining detailed and well organized.
+ Basic knowledge of real estate market terminology and practices
+ Ability to maintain a positive, productive relationship with contractors and tenants
+ Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
