Small but growing real estate investment and management company in Philadelphia is looking for a full-time real estate assistant. Duties may include leasing and performing other real estate-related work as needed (property inspections, taking pictures, working on improvements to the leasing process). Would be integrated with existing property management personnel and business systems.

License is not required, but licensed realtor/real estate agent/salesperson will be given preference. Located within Philadelphia also preferred. Must have a car since candidate will need to drive around the city to different locations.
Pay negotiable based on experience level.
Candidate must be very detail oriented and reliable, self-motivated, able to follow instructions but also make proactive suggestions for procedure improvements. Must be responsible, accountable, take ownership of assignments, and get to know the business. Must have familiarity with office procedures and software, with ability to complete work with integration of basic email, Word and Excel, Google Docs, etc.
