If so, as an Lead intake manager/ appointment setter for Property Buyer Connect, you will be a critical support in helping our sales team maximize their time selling. You will provide administrative and scheduling support to maximize effectiveness and efficiency. This role is for someone who takes pride in working behind the scenes to make things run smoothly, and who likes to think about how to improve processes. While this is a behind-the-scenes position, the impact of a successful person in this role will be felt throughout the organization. We will provide you variety and clarity, without micromanagement.

Proactively manage and qualify inbound lead opportunities
Determine ideal scheduling for maximum efficiency
Provide follow up support and documentation
Find ways to help make the sales team more effective
