Located in University City, New Age Realty Group is a family founded full service brokerage, specializing in property management and leasing. Since our formation in 1986, our mission has been to provide exceptional service that customers recommend and employees take pride in. We're a small team of individuals that love what we do and are looking for enthusiastic Leasing Professionals to join us! Our Leasing Professionals are on the front lines and are expected to possess excellent customer service skills to better assist consumers and residents daily. We are looking for outgoing, team players that have exceptional written and verbal skills. An active real estate license is preferred but not required.

Job Duties Include but not limited to:

- Answering phones/responding to emails
- Posting and reviewing advertisements/active inventory to be sure they are accurate and up to date across multiple platforms
- Scheduling appointments via internet based software system
- Communicating with agents' and prospects for feedback on showings
- Processing rental applications, presenting materials to landlords for approval with suggestions, informing applicants of denial or approval decision and taking them through next steps
- Drafting leases and answering questions from tenants regarding the lease
-Collecting all funds related to move-ins and rentals
- Communicating turnover expectations with our property management team

Skills/Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who:

- Can handle a high volume of e-mails/calls and has a courteous and professional demeanor over the phone and in person
- Has excellent customer service & sales skills
- Is detail oriented and takes a proactive approach to follow up in all aspects of the job
- Solves problems and takes initiative as necessary
- Has the ability to work independently and within a team
- Communicates effectively both written and verbally
- Has basic knowledge of real estate industry and Philadelphia neighborhoods
- Is organized, efficient, and works well under stress
- Has a college degree
- Is proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Has valid driver's license and clean driving record
