The felt looks to be in ok/good shape. I can not speak to the photo quality produced but everything mechanical seems like it works. The shutter speeds react to the settings, I can see the aperture change, and the crank works. I assume it is operational. There is a battery for a light meter. There's no way to test that. I don't think that battery type is available anymore.
